A rising industrial broker with CBRE has earned a promotion, the firm said, touting him as one of the youngest industry professionals in New Jersey to be named a senior vice president.
Kevin Dudley, who joined CBRE in 2010, provides occupier and agency representation services to clients throughout the Garden State. His primary focus is industrial leasing along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor, with an additional specialty in the cold storage sector.
His client list includes Blue Apron, Best Logistics, Mainfreight, Michael Kors and M.M.LaFleur, among others.
“Kevin’s promotion to senior vice president is so very well deserved,” said Jeff Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey offices. “Kevin is the true definition of a team player and has been at the forefront of some of the largest industrial deals in New Jersey, providing remarkable outcomes for his clients.”
In addition to being an active member of CBRE’s Global Supply Chain practice and its Industrial “Young Guns” group, Dudley is the co-chair of CBRE’s Tri-State African American Networking Group.
