T-Mobile has leased nearly 14,000 square feet across four locations in Hudson, Warren and Essex counties, in a series of newly announced deals by The Goldstein Group.
In the largest among them, the mobile carrier is taking 5,000 square feet for a corporate store at 5800 Bergenline Ave. in West New York. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein and Vice President CJ Huter brokered the deal on behalf of both the landlord, 5800 Bergenline Avenue LLC, and the tenant.
Finkelstein and Huter also represented both parties in a deal at 1250 Route 22 in Phillipsburg, the site of Pohatcong Plaza, where T-Mobile is leasing 3,500 square feet from Continental Land Resources Corp. The company joins several other tenants at the property, including include Stop & Shop, Marshalls, Homegoods, Hobby Lobby, Tractor Supply, ULTA, Old Navy and Regal Cinema.
Meantime, the Goldstein Group team inked a 2,975-square-foot lease at 192 Bloomfield Ave. in Bloomfield, representing the carrier in a deal with 192 Bloomfield LLC. Jerry Welkis of Welco Realty represented ownership.
In Newark, T-Mobile committed to 2,225 square feet at 787 Broad St. Finkelstein and Huter represented the tenant in the deal with 787 Broad LLC, while Marta Villa formerly of JLL represented the landlord.
