A family has sold six acres of land along Route 206 in northern Burlington County, in a newly announced transaction by NAI Fennelly.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented John and Irene Nyktas in the deal at 3130 Route 206 in the Columbus section of Mansfield Township. Fun Communications paid an undisclosed price for the site, which consists of an unimproved lot with 335 feet of frontage on the highway, with easy access to interstates 95 and 295 and New Jersey Turnpike Exit 6.
NAI Fennelly’s Jerry Fennelly completed the assignment, noting that the sellers aim to use the sale to fund their retirement, according to a news release. Raymond Jones of Century 21 Advantage Gold served as co-broker on the transaction.
Fennelly added that the site is suited for a range of retail, office and medical uses.
“As more and more baby boomers look at retirement, the robust market seen for assets like vacant land across New Jersey provides an ideal capital generation tactic,” Fennelly said. “We were happy to work with our client to help them create value from this in-demand asset to achieve their personal financial goals.”
