The builders of two new housing developments in Sussex County have picked Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes to lead sales and marketing for the projects.
According to the brokerage team, the listings include the newest phase of 19 homes at Clove Hill Manor, an active adult community at 1 Fairchild Lane in Wantage with 117 single-family detached dwellings and townhomes. Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes will partner on the assignment with Elizabeth Burns of Coldwell Banker’s Sparta office, noting that residents of the luxury property have access to a clubhouse with a mix of indoor and outdoor amenities.
The firm added that, before 2022, the site of Clove Hill Manor’s newest 19 homes had sat inactive for many years, but the builder tapped Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes to conduct market research and oversee design direction, budgeting, marketing services and sales.
The team is also marketing Estell Manor, at 15 Estell Drive in Hardyston, where the offering includes six upscale homes on a private cul-de-sac. Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes has teamed with Brie Parker from Coldwell Banker’s Sparta office.
Currently under construction, each custom-designed home has 2,400 square feet on sites ranging from one to 10 acres, while the community is a short drive from the Wheatsworth Road Complex, a 30-acre sports complex and wildlife management area with acres of parks and greenery, as well as the Ballyowen Golf Club.
“Over the last several years, we have seen a dramatic shift as work-from-home becomes the norm and prospective buyers increasingly prioritize space in their home search,” said Sheryl Ritschel, a director at Coldwell Banker Realty New Homes. “Sussex County’s favorable pricing, picturesque small towns and fantastic location provide the ideal recipe for homebuyers in the current market. We look forward to working with our realtor partners to invite new residents to experience all that Sussex County has to offer.”
