An auto repair business in Woodbridge has purchased a nearby dealership site in the township’s Sewaren section, under a deal arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
The buyer, Ocean View Auto Finance, paid an undisclosed sum for the property at 179-181 Woodbridge Ave., which houses a 2,176-square-foot lot with a 1,400-square-foot house and office. BRC Vice President Anthony Mircovich represented the seller, Fred Marano, and the purchaser.
In announcing the deal, the brokerage team noted that demand for the property was extremely high since there are no other used car lots currently available for sale. Ocean View operates in the town’s Fords section, BRC said, adding that it will use the new site for used car sales.
