Virtua Health is seeking a buyer for a 110-acre parcel in the Burlington County township of Westampton, in a newly announced offering by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm said the property, located at 1919 Burlington-Mount Holly Road, is zoned for office and laboratory research buildings, retail, restaurants, banks, car washes and childcare centers, among other permitted uses. It also noted that it’s less than a mile from Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike and two miles from Interstate 295, providing access to much of the Northeast Corridor.
“This development site presents a unique opportunity for companies seeking to expand or relocate their operations in a strategic location,” said WCRE’s Evan Zweben, who is handling the offering for Virtua. “We are excited to be working with Virtua Health to bring this premier site to market and to help connect businesses with the ideal location for their needs.”
