A national insurance agency has renewed its nearly 20,000-square-foot lease at a Cranford office building, in one of several newly announced deals by Signature Acquisitions.
In a news release, the landlord said AssuredPartners occupies 19,773 square feet at 20 Commerce Drive in Cranford. Signature also signed a renewal at the building with Viona Pharmaceuticals, a fast-growing generic pharmaceutical company, for 4,909 square feet.
The deals were among several that equated to 43,700 square feet of new leases and renewals across the firm’s New Jersey office portfolio during the second quarter of 2023, the news release said. Signature also completed 15,000 square feet of new leases during the three-month period, including a 7,441-square-foot transaction with Clifford Paper, a third-generation paper and packaging distributor, at its Waterview Plaza complex in Parsippany.
At Boulevard Plaza, also in Parsippany, the firm said it secured a 4,006-square-foot commitment with Greenspan Family Eyecare, a center offering a full range of eyecare services. At 100 Walnut Ave. in Clark, a front-office software applications provider known as InvestorFlow took 3,323 square feet.
Signature also signed a renewal at 100 Walnut Ave. with Prometric, a technology-driven global assessment service provider, which occupies 4,263 square feet at the building.
Newmark’s Dan Reider and John Crawford represented ownership in the Parsippany deals.
