Vision Properties and The Birch Group have tapped Cushman & Wakefield as their leasing agent for nearly 230,000 square feet of office space at The Green at Florham Park.
The brokers — including William O’Keefe, Courtney Rosenkrantz and Brian Decillis — say they’re marketing spaces ranging from 4,500 to 80,000 square feet at 180 Park Ave., a three-story building less than five miles from downtown Morristown. They now hope to attract tenants with the site’s easy access to Route 24 and other nearby highways, its proximity to restaurants and on-site amenities such as a full-service cafeteria and coffee bar, a conference center, a fitness studio and a tenant lounge.
“We selected Cushman & Wakefield for this assignment because of the firm’s energy and strong track record in the marketplace and are very confident that our partnership on this property will quickly bear results,” said Chris DeLorenzo, executive vice president of The Birch Group.
Cushman added that the 228,350-square-foot office building, which offers daily shuttles to and from a nearby NJ Transit station, also has a community dining area and outdoor seating and walking trails, as well as an on-site property management office.
