Our involvement in various projects with Russo Development, Denholtz Properties, American Landmark and Atlantic Development Group underscores the continued demand for mixed-use residential and industrial developments, which are our most thriving sectors. Additionally, we continue to see a rise in health care providers prioritizing patient comfort and brand representation by actively pursuing architectural and interior design solutions to create hospitality-inspired spaces that elevate their facilities.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We are currently working with developer Denholtz Properties on Asbury Point, a two-building, mixed-use residential redevelopment project coming soon to Asbury Park, New Jersey. Situated across the street from the train station, building 1 will encompass 152,140 square feet, featuring 84 residential units and 3,657 square feet of retail space, with building 2 covering 73,542 square feet, with 41 residential units and 1,420 square feet of retail space. The buildings stand four stories with garage parking underneath.
The architecture reinforces the artsy character of downtown Asbury while maintaining a modern aesthetic, featuring elements of multicolored battens and accent lighting highlighting the materials throughout. Each building will include amenity decks along Memorial Drive, fostering a connection between street pedestrians and residents. These decks will offer outdoor dining areas, barbecue spots, dog walking zones, lounging spaces and areas for passive games that connect to indoor amenities.
The project recently received approval and is slated to begin construction in the fall of 2024.
