OUR ADVANTAGE
Technical Competency — In a world where everything, including project delivery, is moving at an increasingly rapid pace, we strive to maintain the highest level of technical competency, accuracy and coordination in the preparation of our construction documents. Clients continuously tell us that, while we are far from the largest architectural firm, our capabilities and thoroughness are unmatched. We are committed to the highest level of design and technical quality on every project that we undertake. This has resulted in a significant percentage of our work coming from repeat clients. We have also developed expertise in the design of oceanfront projects where high wind loads and the salt air environment pose special challenges.
ON THE HORIZON
We continue to see steady volume in multifamily and mixed-use multifamily projects. We also continue to see demand for religious buildings and religious educational facilities. And finally, we see continuing demand for repurposing of existing buildings.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We are just completing the design and preparing for the construction of a two-tower luxury condominium project on the oceanfront in Long Branch, New Jersey. The project contains 132 residential units ranging in size from one-bedroom units to five-bedroom penthouse units in two, eight-story towers atop a three-level underground parking garage. Amenities including a swimming pool, firepits and exercise areas are located on the roof of the parking garage and on the roof of a four-story link element between the two towers. All eastern-facing units also have extensive oceanfront terraces affording exceptional ocean views. These terraces are designed to accommodate owner-provided hot tubs. The luxury theme of the project will be further enhanced by the installation of site-specific artwork both inside and outside of the new building.
