Buddy Setton

Buddy Setton has joined Reynolds Asset Management as a senior vice president with a focus on supporting the firm’s acquisition and asset management platform.
Based in Paramus, the developer and real estate investor said Setton most recently worked for New York-based Sutton Equity LLC. He’s now responsible for managing the growth of Reynolds’ acquisition pipeline, overseeing diligence and closing processes, handling asset management across its portfolio and leading the firm’s third-party property management teams.

All told, Setton has nearly seven years of acquisitions and asset management experience, according to a news release. He helped source, underwrite, negotiate and close on some $80 million of deal capitalization for Sutton Equity, while assisting with asset management needs.
Setton earned a bachelor’s in finance in December 2017 from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He lives in Manhattan.
