Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has signed a nearly 3,000-square-foot lease renewal to keep a national dental practice in place at its Summit Plaza property in Hackensack.
According to the landlord, Great Expressions Dental Centers has been a tenant at the 100,000-square-foot, grocery-anchored center since 2014. The 2,979-square-foot space at 370 West Pleasantview Ave. is among roughly 250 locations across nine states for the provider, which offers a wide range of services for adult and pediatric patients including general and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontal treatment and emergency dental care.
Sanzari Vice President and Director of Leasing and Marketing Chris DeLorenzo and Manager of Leasing and Marketing Carolina Gutierrez represented ownership, while JLL Vice President for Retail Corporate Services Lillian Calsi represented the tenant.
“Over the past decade, Great Expressions has been a valued tenant of ours and a vital resource for residents of the Hackensack area,” DeLorenzo said. “We’re excited to continue to build our relationship and ensure their space continues to be suited to the evolving needs of their team and patients.”
In announcing the deal, Sanzari noted that the Stop & Shop-anchored Summit Plaza sits at the intersection of Route 17, Summit Avenue and West Pleasantview Avenue. That makes it highly visible and accessible for visitors coming from Interstate 80 and routes 4 and 46, while it benefits from a residential population of more than 610,000 within five miles of the property.
