A regional medical practice has acquired a nearly 14,000-square-foot medical office complex in West Orange for $2 million, in a newly announced deal by Newmark Associates CRE.
According to a news release, the buyer will use the portfolio at 95-97-99 Northfield Ave. to expand its footprint to better serve the local community. Newmark CRE Vice President Jeannette Melillo and Senior Associate Jack Maier represented the seller, noting that the 13,500-square-foot property has quick access to Interstate 280 and has ample on-site parking.
The team said those features, along with the buildings’ flexible layout, drew strong interest from health care users seeking top-end space in Essex County.
