Jeff Kellams has joined First National Realty Partners as director of leasing, in the latest key addition to the Red Bank-based private equity firm.
In his new role, Kellams will lead leasing initiatives across FNRP’s retail portfolio and support its mission to deliver strong value through targeted tenant strategies, according to a news release. He comes to the post with more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience and most recently served as vice president of leasing at Washington Prime Group, where he led multimillion-dollar lease negotiations and supported asset-level execution for retail properties nationwide.
“Jeff brings a wealth of leasing knowledge and on-the-ground experience that will sharpen our execution across the portfolio,” said Sam Collier, chief revenue officer at FNRP. “His ability to structure deals, navigate market dynamics and build strong retailer partnerships will be a tremendous asset as we continue to grow. We’re excited to have him on the team.”
As director of leasing, Kellams will be responsible for increasing occupancy, optimizing tenant mix and aligning leasing efforts with FNRP’s long-term asset strategy, the company said.
“I’m excited to join First National Realty Partners and contribute to the firm’s continued momentum,” Kellams said. “FNRP’s emphasis on high-quality, grocery-anchored retail presents a strong platform for growth, and I look forward to helping attract top-tier tenants and delivering meaningful results.”
Throughout his career, Kellams has been recognized for his ability to leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to close complex lease transactions. His leadership further enhances FNRP’s vertically integrated platform, which is built around acquiring and managing necessity-based, grocery-anchored retail centers.
