Azarian Realty Co. has leased up its flagship office building in Midland Park after securing a new commitment from a personal injury and family law firm.
According to a news release, The Law Offices of McNerney & McAuliffe will take over a 1,672-square-foot unit on the second floor of The Azarian Building at 6 Prospect St. The practice is moving from Hackensack to the three-story, 18,000-square-foot property, where it joins tenants such Carmar Holdings, Pediatric Dentistry of Midland Park, The Azarian Group LLC, Lota & Bernard LLC and others.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties.
