Doren Development has secured a tenant for two acres of newly vacant industrial outdoor storage property in Irvington, the firm announced last week.
According to the landlord, MTS Towing will occupy a site at 372 Nye Ave. that Verizon had leased for some 20 years. That provides it with a location that’s minutes from both the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 78, while it’s a short drive from several other major highways and Port Newark-Elizabeth.
“At Doren Development, every tenant placement is viewed as a long-term strategic alliance,” said Anthony Doren, director of leasing. “Having MTS Towing establish operations at our Irvington IOS property underlines both the robust demand for premium outdoor logistics sites and our role in supporting enterprises that enhance regional economic vitality.”
