A dental laboratory has secured a new facility after taking 22,000 square feet of commercial space in Piscataway, according to brokers with Deluccia Commercial Group.
The operator, Global Laboratories, will use the deal at 225 Old New Brunswick Road to expand production capabilities while consolidating office and research operations within a single location, the leasing team said. The new space will accommodate its full-scale production of fixed, removable, implant and hybrid restorations, a business that combines digital technology with in-house craftsmanship.
Tim Deluccia and Kayla Yalango of Deluccia Commercial Group represented Global Laboratories in the 10-year lease. Zev Spira of Surge Spaces represented the owner of the 63,000-square-foot office and flex property, which is just minutes from Interstate 287 and other major regional transportation corridors.
“The transaction further demonstrates the strength of the Piscataway market, which continues to attract companies seeking access to a highly skilled workforce, strong transportation infrastructure and a central location within the New Jersey marketplace,” Deluccia said.
