Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno PC has opened its new headquarters at a high-end office campus in Parsippany after moving from its longtime home in Denville.
The law firm, which is leasing the space from a group led by Onyx Equities, occupies 24,947 square feet at the five-building, 750,000-square-foot complex known as The Arbors @ Parsippany. Its new home expands the practice’s footprint by nearly 50 percent, providing room for a growing team of more than 45 attorneys and more than 35 professional staff while creating a modern environment to serve current and future clients.
Onyx announced the deal with Einhorn Barbarito, which had been based in Denville since its inception 64 years ago, late last year. Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Cohen and Bill Brown represented the tenant in negotiations for the 12-year lease at 4 Campus Drive, working alongside Onyx Vice President of Leasing John O’Hearn.
David DeMatteis, Mark Zaziski, Courtney Rosenkrantz and Patrick Dean, also of Cushman, represented ownership.
“While our home has changed, our dedicated team and our commitment to clients, colleagues and community remain as strong as ever,” said Gary R. Botwinick, co-managing partner of Einhorn Barbarito. “We will always be grateful to the Denville community for its support. We now look forward to continuing that work in Parsippany, expanding the services we provide and strengthening our ties throughout Morris County and beyond.”
Community Builders Managing Partner Conor Evans was the project manager for the tenant, with Pencil & Mouse Interiors owner Donna McLaughlin spearheading the interior design. In a news release, the law firm said its new space has modernized offices, collaborative workspaces with interior glass windows to provide natural light, an abundance of conference rooms and a 2,000-square-foot lounge and dining area.
Those offerings will complement amenities at The Arbors, which recently underwent $15 million in updates, resulting in new entrance lobbies, barista-style grab-and-go stations, three full-service cafes, modern fitness facilities and other features. All of which capitalizes on its proximity to interstates 287 and 80 and Route 10.
“Client service has been the defining measure of this firm for more than six decades,” said Matheu D. Nunn, co-managing partner. “In Parsippany, we will build on that legacy by broadening our services and elevating the way we meet client needs every day.
“The relocation provides expanded space for collaboration among our attorneys and business professionals, while maintaining the collegial culture and values that have guided the firm since its founding.”
