The owner of a Union Township industrial building is looking to fill more than 28,000 square feet, working alongside a leasing team with NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.
The brokers, Kyle Gerace and Christopher Chiusolo, are marketing two units at 1110 Springfield Road that they say can serve a wide range of business operations in a location at the crossroads of northern and central New Jersey. The offering includes spaces of 12,146 and 15,985 square feet, each with one loading dock and a clear ceiling height of 15 feet.
“Demand for warehouse space of this size and caliber in Union County remains very strong, with Springfield Road offering tenants multiple loading options,” Gerace said. “Its configuration makes it a prime choice for companies looking to enhance their logistics operations.”
The NAIDB vice presidents noted that the 12,146-square-foot space, known as Unit a, also has one drive-in door, newly installed windows and a 1,374-square-foot garage. The facility can be easily adapted to accommodate a customized warehouse operation, the team added.
Unit B, meantime, provides efficient functionality for warehousing, distribution or light manufacturing users seeking easy access to highways such as Route 22, Interstate 78 and the Garden State Parkway.
“The Union submarket is experiencing sustained absorption, fueled by the growth of ecommerce and supply chain needs, which makes the availability of this space even more unique and particularly attractive to last-mile distributors, manufacturers and supply chain operators,” Chiusolo said.
