PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
Located on the site of an existing 103,306-square-foot warehouse, the Prince of Peace project in Dayton involved a strategic 110,858-square-foot expansion to a manufacturing facility, including a 4,743-square-foot mezzanine, bringing the total footprint to 214,164 square feet. The new addition features a full-size drive-in ramp and 10 loading docks. Additionally, Greek revived their existing parking lot and added 20 additional parking spots. The expansion integrated seamlessly with the original structure, delivering an upgraded environment ideal for the owner’s current operations.
