Wickner Realty Development Corp. has launched a new third-party management affiliate that will combine its own experience with what it described as the latest technologies.
Based in Livingston, the firm said its new Maybrook Management will serve commercial, office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use properties throughout New Jersey with offerings such as leasing oversight, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and owner communications. All of which will leverage advanced property management platforms, automated processes and data-driven reporting to improve decision-making, reduce operational friction and proactively identify risks before they impact performance.
The longtime commercial real estate owner said it planned to pair those technologies with a hands-on management philosophy.
“Having spent much of my career working directly on the operational side of real estate, I’ve seen how important strong systems, timely information and active oversight are to owners,” said Jonathan Wickner, chief operating officer of Maybrook Management. “Maybrook was built to apply modern technology in practical ways, while remaining closely involved at the property level to help ensure issues are identified early and addressed thoughtfully.”
Wickner Realty said its partners regularly visit properties in person to review operations, assess conditions and ensure standards are being maintained, reinforcing accountability and alignment between ownership and on-site execution. By implementing best-in-class software, standardized operating procedures and intelligent workflow automation, Maybrook Management aims to bring what it called institutional-level systems to properties of all sizes.
