A new spa concept is coming to Livingston Town Center after leasing one of the property’s few remaining spaces, according to a brokerage team with Azarian Realty Co.
The operator, Dupï Studio, will occupy 667 square feet at the mixed-use complex at Route 10 and North Livingston Avenue. The location will be its first, Azarian said, noting that the Korean spa specializes in premium and holistic head and scalp treatments.
The real estate firm’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the deal.
“Dupï’s founder, Christina, a licensed esthetician, developed Dupï after struggling personally with hair loss after having children,” Azarian wrote in its announcement of the deal. “This ultimately led her to create the innovate methodology behind Dupï.”
Other tenants at the two-story, 65,523-square-foot property include Wonder, 16 Handles, Wells Fargo, Shiseido and HOTWORX, among others. The property has just three availabilities left, the brokerage team said, with spaces ranging from 1,546 to 5,020 square feet that can serve retail, restaurant or office users.
