The program, which will return to the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, will begin at 5 p.m. with cocktails and networking, followed by a buffet dinner, a panel presentation and a moderated Q&A discussion addressing key trends shaping the industrial and office sectors, including capital markets activity, development pipelines and evolving tenant demand.
This year’s panelists will include:
- Steven T. Senior, senior partner at Riker Danzig LLP
- Jack Fersko, real estate department co-chair at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP
- Jared Zatloukal, managing director at Principal Asset Management
Tom Bergeron, founder and editor-in-chief of BINJE, will moderate the panel.

Hanson. “It provides a valuable forum for industry leaders to share perspectives and engage in thoughtful conversation about the market.”
