NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. has deepened its commercial real estate advisory group with the addition of Leo George as an associate.
George, a former intern with the Woodbridge-based firm, will focus on financial analysis, market research and transaction support across central New Jersey, according to a news release. He joins the team while continuing as an undergraduate at Rutgers Business School, where he is pursuing a double major in finance and economics, with a concentration in real estate, fixed income and credit analysis, and a minor in quantitative economics.
He is expected to graduate in May 2027 and has earned dean’s list honors in multiple semesters for academic excellence.
“Leo has demonstrated strong analytical skills, a great work ethic and a genuine interest in commercial real estate industry from the start,” said David A. Simon, NAIDB’s chief operating officer. “He made the most of his internship experience, and we’re pleased to see him continue growing with the firm as our newest associate.”
In addition to his internship at NAIDB, George gained previous experience conducting market research, analyzing local real estate trends, assisting in developing client presentations and supporting brokerage marketing efforts, the news release said. Those opportunities strengthened his interest in the industry and provided hands-on exposure to investment analysis and transaction support.
George also holds a New Jersey real estate salesperson license and has completed advanced coursework in financial modeling, econometrics and investment analysis, NAIDB said. He is actively involved with several Rutgers organizations, including the Rutgers Real Estate Club and Little Investment Bankers of Rutgers, and has participated in multiple competitive case competitions.
“I’ve learned a tremendous amount through my internship and coursework, and I’m excited to be building my career at NAIDB, which is offering me a highly unique opportunity as a member of its brokerage team while I am completing my college degree,” George said. “The opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while gaining real-world exposure to commercial real estate has been incredibly exciting and valuable.”
Outside of academics and work, George is a member of the Rutgers Men’s Club Lacrosse team and an Eagle Scout, experiences that NAIDB said reflect his leadership, discipline and teamwork.
