Bergman Real Estate Group is leaning into its partnership with BetterSpaces, the tenant engagement platform, in a push to enhance the experience across its office portfolio.
According to the landlord, occupiers of at least seven buildings are benefiting from an expansion of programming that includes weekly on-site classes and quarterly themed events with live music, food and arts and craft activities. Tenants also have access to the BetterSpaces app, which offers some 15 live classes per week and a library of on-demand content.
The platform’s on-site programming is active across several Bergman properties, including Century Campus at 4, 5 and 6 Century Drive in Parsippany, Jefferson Exchange at 100 and 110 South Jefferson Road in the Whippany section of Hanover, 500 College Road East in Plainsboro and 7 Giralda Farms in Madison.
“These tenant events are more than just added amenities — they’re part of how we create a better overall fun experience for our tenants and their employees,” said Michael Bergman, CEO and president of Bergman Real Estate Group. “We’re focused on delivering environments where people want to work, not just where they have to work.”

Originally introduced as a wellness-focused initiative, BetterSpaces has evolved into a comprehensive tenant engagement platform that combines in-person programming, amenity space activation and digital access to create more dynamic workplace environments, according to a Bergman news release. Through the landlord’s use of the technology, tenants have access services meant to enhance the employee experience at its office properties, including:
- Amenity space activation, transforming underutilized areas into functional, engaging destinations that add value for tenants and support leasing and retention
- Curated on-site events, including fitness and yoga classes, wellness sessions, art workshops and seasonal and holiday themed events that bring energy and interaction into the workday
- Digital platform access, offering 24/7 programming, class registration and on-demand content that complements in-person experiences
Bergman cited the impact of recent BetterSpaces events across its properties, including a winter festival in which roughly 180 tenants participated in a shared, on-site experience featuring live music, refreshments and interactive elements. According to the landlord, the program created a sense of energy and community within the building during the workday.
The firm added that its BetterSpaces initiative reflects a broader evolution in property management, one that recognizes that landlords play a direct role in shaping tenant experience, workplace culture and long-term satisfaction.
“We’re seeing firsthand how creating better experiences leads to stronger buildings,” Bergman said. “When tenants are engaged and employees enjoy being on-site, it naturally translates into stronger leasing, longer relationships and a more successful campus overall.”
