An investor has acquired a more than 36,000-square-foot office building in Moorestown, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The buyer, 302 Harper Holdings LLC, paid an undisclosed price for the property at 302 Harper Drive, seeking to leverage a location near Route 38, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike, according to a news release. That makes it an attractive investment opportunity, the brokerage team said, touting the 36,232-square-foot building’s proximity to Philadelphia and the region’s strong demographics, stable business community and demand for high-end office space.
The late Evan Zweben represented the seller, Mackshack LLC, in the transaction. WCRE disclosed the deal last week as it continues to mourn the loss of a beloved colleague and executive vice president, whose death was announced earlier this month.
“Evan played a key role in bringing this transaction to completion, exemplifying the professionalism, market knowledge and relationship-driven approach that defined his work,” the firm wrote in its announcement. “WCRE is proud to recognize his contributions to this deal and the lasting impact he had on our team and the clients he served.”
