An indoor golf simulator is coming to a grocery-anchored retail complex in Branchburg following a lease secured recently by Silbert Realty & Management.
The operator, Unbound Golf, will occupy 4,749 square feet at 3150 Route 22 to become the latest tenant at what’s known as Cedar Glen Shopping Center. It joins several notable occupiers at the 108,000-square-foot property, including a 67,000-square-foot ShopRite that serves the township and surrounding communities, allowing ownership to diversify its offerings and enhance its appeal to a broad customer base.
Brian Silbert, CEO and president of Silbert Realty & Management, said earlier this year that the complex was fully leased. Other recent activity at the center includes long-term renewals with Performance Rehab, Dover Saddlery, Subway and Pure Barre, while Unbound Golf is poised to leverage the prominent country clubs and golf courses within four miles of the property.
Silbert has leased and managed Cedar Glen Shopping Center since its inception, spearheading lease up to full occupancy, through long-term tenant relationships and property management.
“The continued success of Cedar Glen Shopping Center reflects SRM’s longstanding commitment to proactive leasing, hands-on management and thoughtful tenant curation, resulting in sustained occupancy and long-term value for Elite Properties of Watchung, NJ,” Silbert wrote in a recent year in review.
