Sharbell Development Corp. has debuted a collection of 150 condominiums in Robbinsville that combines market-rate homes with a separate 55-and-over section within a single development.
According to the firm, the all market-rate project at 211 Gordon Road includes 100 traditional units across two buildings known as Springside Lofts, plus a third building dubbed Springside Lofts 55 with 50 age-restricted dwellings. The community is now open for nonbinding sales, the developer said, as it looks to leverage growing demand for more flexible housing formats that can accommodate a range of life stages within a single, cohesive property.
“Buyers today are looking for flexibility in how and where they live,” said Tom Troy, president of Sharbell Development Corp. “By offering both traditional condominiums and a dedicated 55+ component within one community, Springside Lofts and Springside Lofts 55+ are designed to accommodate the continuum of life stages while maintaining a cohesive residential experience.”
In a news release, the firm said homes at Springside Lofts offer one-level living with one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from roughly 849 to 1,454 square feet, with select units offering dens, and pricing beginning at $380,000. Each floorplan includes a private balcony or patio, with elevator access for added ease and convenience.
Planned amenities include a 4,240-square-foot clubhouse shared across the community, with a fitness center, yoga studio, sports lounge, game room, pool, grilling area and pickleball court, according to a news release. Residents, meantime, will have easy access to the Princeton Junction and Hamilton train stations, providing connections to New York City and Philadelphia while remaining near downtown Princeton.
