The popular Bell Works career day is returning to the landmark campus in Holmdel, one of the state’s largest concentrations of businesses and community gathering spaces.
Slated for Friday, May 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the event at 101 Crawfords Corner Road, will include a panel discussion on interpersonal skills in the workplace and opportunities for attendees to connect with professionals who work at the 2 million-square-foot complex. The event is free to the public, and attendees can RSVP via Eventbrite.
Hosted by Inspired by Somerset Development, the owner of Bell Works, the event in past years has drawn some 2,000 attendees. Participating companies in 2026 day will include:

The panel, Beyond the Resume: Human Skills in a Digital World, will explore the qualities that make people truly stand out in a workplace increasingly shaped by AI — empathy, communication, creativity, adaptability and authentic connection, according to a news release. Hosted by Adecco and moderated by Jamie Sztoser and Marissa Klein of The Dreamcatchers, the program will look to address mental health, boundaries, flexibility and what sustainable success really looks like in modern careers, as panelists will share honest insights on navigating uncertainty, building meaningful professional relationships, standing out in competitive industries and embracing career pivots in an evolving hiring landscape.
