A big-box warehouse owner in Middlesex County has secured a $50 million loan for the property, in a newly announced deal by G.S. Wilcox & Co.
Gretchen Wilcox, president and founder of the mortgage banking firm, worked alongside Principal Al Raymond to source what they described as B-note financing. Proceeds will support an undisclosed 500,000-square-foot property that is minutes from the New Jersey Turnpike and is highly functional, offering 63 loading docks and 30-foot clear ceiling heights.
“We are pleased to see the completion of this transaction on behalf of our repeat client,” Wilcox in a prepared statement. “The premium location of this asset combined with its high functionality garnered a lot of attention from the lending community.”
