New Jersey’s commercial real estate sector was well-represented this week at I.CON East, NAIOP’s annual must-attend conference on the warehouse and logistics sector.
The event, which was supported by NAIOP’s New Jersey chapter, drew more than 1,000 attendees to the Hyatt Regency along the Jersey City waterfront for multiple days of networking, property tours and panel discussions touching on everything from manufacturing and industrial outdoor storage to supply chains, rooftop solar and the role of artificial intelligence in the warehouse sector.
NAIOP kicked off the week in Jersey City with I.CON Data Centers on May 19, highlighting the increasingly vital and closely followed asset class, followed by two days of I.CON East on May 20 and 21.
