The longtime owner of three apartment buildings in Jersey City has tapped Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management to help spearhead operations for the portfolio.
According to a news release, the assignment includes properties at 413 Summit Ave., 75 Jordan Ave. and 179 Academy St. Cervelli will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, financial reporting and long-term planning for the assets.
“We are proud to continue growing our management portfolio throughout Jersey City and Hudson County,” said Veronica Negron, the firm’s director of property management. “Owners today are looking for experienced management teams that understand both the operational and investment side of multifamily real estate, particularly in highly regulated and competitive markets.”
Cervelli noted that many landlords are increasingly focused on operational efficiency, maintenance responsiveness, tenant retention and long-term asset preservation amid rising operating costs and evolving regulatory requirements. The firm supports those efforts with management services for multifamily, mixed-use, office and affordable housing properties throughout northern New Jersey, seeking to minimize risk while maximizing after-tax cash flow through proactive management, operational oversight and long-term asset preservation.
