A nationally known health care organization has acquired an 8,000-square-foot property in Cherry Hill, in a newly announced deal by Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
According to the listing team, the building at 303 South Kings Highway drew interest thanks in part to its location in an established medical and professional corridor. The highly accessible property is also close to major regional roadways serving both South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia market, while it offers strong visibility and convenient access for health care providers seeking to expand within the growing Cherry Hill medical office market.
Brian Goren, a senior adviser with WCRE, represented seller 303 Kings HWY S LLC in the deal with the unidentified buyer. Terms were not disclosed.
“This transaction reflects continued demand for well-positioned health care real estate throughout the region, particularly among established health care groups seeking accessible locations within densely populated communities,” WCRE wrote in a news release. “Cherry Hill remains one of the most active health care and professional office submarkets in southern New Jersey due to its central location, strong demographics, and connectivity to Philadelphia and surrounding suburban markets.”
