A developer has scored a $42 million construction loan from Kearny Bank for a project that will bring a new 136-unit apartment community to Paramus.
According to the lender, Rock Solid Builders has started initial ground improvements at 615 Winters Ave., a site just east of Route 17 and roughly three miles north of the Route 4 interchange. It expects to complete the full development in spring 2028.
“We’re pleased to help finance a project that will provide much-needed housing opportunities in one of New Jersey’s most vibrant communities,” says Gary Brozowski, Kearny Bank’s director of commercial real estate lending. “Working with experienced developers like Rock Solid Builders, we’re committed to financing projects that strengthen communities throughout the Northeast.”
Led by Vitali Feldman, Rock Solid Builders is based in nearby Fair Lawn. Kearny Bank’s Jonathan Atkinson, vice president for commercial real estate lending, originated the debt for the 221,798-square-foot project.
“This financing marks an important milestone for our team and reinforces our commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed communities that create long term value,” said Feldman, the firm’s president. “We’re proud to bring much-needed, high-quality housing to Paramus and appreciate Kearny Bank’s confidence in our vision.”
