A private investor has picked up a triple-net-leased Starbucks property in Somerset County, according to a brokerage team with Bennett Realty & Development.
The Holmdel-based real estate firm said the asset, located at 287 Route 22, changed hands with 15.5 years remaining on coffee chain’s lease. BR&D’s Bill Howard arranged the sale of the reported 1,750-square-foot property, which has a drive-thru and whose highway location sees average daily traffic of roughly 46,000 vehicles.
The deal was among several 2026 sales announced by Bennett Realty involving properties as far west as Kentwood Michigan and as far south as Dublin, George. In New Jersey, its other recent transactions include the trade of a 3,200-square-foot Vitamin Shoppe along Route 10 as part of a larger multi-property transaction, as well as the sale of an 8,000-square-foot Goodyear building in Eatontown with the tenant remaining in place through June 2026.
“These transactions represent continued success for our client-first, service-driven platform,” said Tyler Bennett, CEO of Bennett Realty & Development. “As we celebrate our firm’s 10-year anniversary, we are proud of the differentiated approach we’ve brought to the market and grateful for the trust our clients continue to place in us.”
