The owner of a 3,800-square-foot industrial building in Linden has leased the space to Eagle Truck Parts of New Jersey, a seller and distributor serving the commercial transportation and trucking industries.
Brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. represented the landlord at 37 East 21st St., noting that the facility has 14-foot ceiling heights, one loading dock, one drive-in door and five surface parking spaces. It also provides Eagle Truck Parts with quick access to Route 1 & 9, the New Jersey Turnpike and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island and Brooklyn.
BRC industrial specialists Steve Jaynes and N. Rebecca Abraham completed the deal on behalf of All Hands Storage LLC, working alongside tenant representatives with Opus Elite Real Estate.
“Industrial properties in infill locations such as Linden continue to experience strong demand from companies seeking functional space with excellent highway accessibility and proximity to the Ports of Newark and Elizabeth and the New York metropolitan market,” Jaynes said. “This transaction demonstrates the ongoing strength of the northern New Jersey industrial market, particularly for smaller-bay warehouse and service facilities that are increasingly difficult to find.”
