A vocational training business has leased nearly 25,000 square feet for a new facility in Somerset County, brokers with Deluccia Commercial Group announced Tuesday.
According to a news release, The Training Center Inc. will occupy part of a 45,376-square-foot industrial building at 3087 Route 22 in Branchburg. The 24,600-square-foot facility will include 18,612 and 2,960 square feet of warehouse and office space, respectively, as well as 2,572 square feet dedicated to fabrication operations and 456 square feet for research and development.
Tim Deluccia and Bill Gazi of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the landlord, MP Holdings LLC, in the 10-year lease. John Doyle of ERA Central Realty Group represented the tenant, which was founded in 1982 and provides hands-on and online training programs in HVAC, electrical, welding, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler operations, helping prepare students for careers in high-demand industries throughout the region.
“This long-term lease underscores the continued demand for quality industrial space in Somerset County and throughout central New Jersey,” said Deluccia, a principal with the Martinsville-based firm. “The property’s combination of warehouse, office, fabrication and research space made it an excellent fit for The Training Center’s operational needs and future growth plans.”
