Larken Associates has completed a major update of more than 67,000 square feet of office space across from Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Spearheaded by Core Enterprises, the developer’s in-house construction team, the renovation at 200 Route 31 North includes common areas and hallway upgrades such as new sconces and LED lighting, furniture, signage, flooring, wallpaper and wall paintings, according to a news release. Additionally, the firm remodeled common area bathrooms with new flooring, walls, fixtures, lighting, countertops and partitions, helping to ensure continued demand for what’s known as Raritan Commons.
“Our commitment to reinvesting in our buildings is central to our long-term ownership strategy and our ability to successfully attract and retain tenants,” said Jillian Dorell, director of design at Larken Associates. “We are confident that the investment into Raritan Commons will ensure it remains well positioned to continue to meet the evolving needs of today’s businesses and health care providers.”
