The Kislak Co. Inc. has a new address in Woodbridge, its home of nearly 45 years, after moving to a well-known office tower just north of the New Jersey Turnpike.
The firm this week said the space, located at 10 Woodbridge Center Drive, will house its corporate team and the New Jersey-based brokerage affiliates that were previously based at a nearby property. That ensures they’ll have continued access to the township’s vast highway network as they work from a modern, built-to-suit office to support the growth of a company that has operated in New Jersey for more than a century.
Matthew LoBocchiaro, a commercial sales and leasing associate with Kislak, represented the firm in the transaction. Kevin Carton and Brody Strickland of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Woodbridge Office Tower LLC.
“I am proud to have had the opportunity to lead the site selection process for Kislak, including the initial search process as well as LOI and lease negotiations,” LoBocchiaro said. “The selected space represents an excellent fit for the firm, offering a highly accessible central New Jersey location and a modern Class A office environment. Delivered as a build-to-suit, the space enabled Kislak to design an efficient layout tailored to support both brokerage and administrative operations.”
The affiliates based at the office include Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. and The Kislak Referral Agency Inc.
“Since 1982, Woodbridge has been our home, chosen for its strategic location at the crossroads of the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike,” Kislak CEO Jason Pucci said. “This central hub allows our team to travel seamlessly throughout New Jersey and the surrounding states. Our latest office relocation reflects our continued growth and deep commitment to our clients, salespeople and employees. Featuring an expansive view of the New York City skyline, this modern, collaborative space offers enhanced amenities and improved accessibility, ensuring we sustain our 120-year tradition of delivering exceptional service.”
According to a news release, Woodbridge Office Tower boasts an atrium lobby renovated in 2020, a full-service café, a fitness center, conference facilities, on-site management and security, electric vehicle charging stations and ample parking. Kislak’s built-to-suit office, meantime, has high-end finishes and glass-front offices that maximize natural light.
The site is also minutes from Interstate 287, routes 1 and 9 and public transportation options at the township’s Metropark station. Newark Liberty International Airport, major business centers, shopping destinations, hotels, restaurants and other regional amenities are also a short drive away.
