A tutoring business has leased more than 3,300 square feet at the mixed-use Livingston Town Center along Route 10, in one of two newly announced deals by Azarian Realty Co.
The tenant, StarX Education, is backfilling what was the home of a marketing agency at the mixed-use property at 1100-8100 Town Center Way. The 3,319-square-foot deal places the operator alongside tenants such as Wells Fargo, Wonder, Verizon, Omaha Steaks, Degree Wellness, 16 Handles, Shiseido, Mixology and many others, adding to a 65,523-square-foot complex that comprises two stories of retail and office space.
Azarian’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the lease, which leaves one 5,020-square-foot vacancy at the center. He did the same in the firm’s other recent transaction, a 1,760-square-foot commitment by Kings Liquor at Town Plaza II on Route 303 in Orangeburg, New York.
