PREMIER Design + Build has tapped development and construction industry veteran Paul Moser to oversee its project portfolio across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Moser, who is based in Morristown, joins the firm as a senior vice president in its east region. He comes to the role with more than a decade’s worth of industry experience, having delivered more than 6 million square feet of industrial development and complex redevelopments throughout the region, with a background that spans the full project lifecycle.
That includes everything from initial due diligence and entitlement through construction completion and tenant turnover, giving Moser a distinctive ability to lead projects of all scales and complexity.

The firm announced the appointment in late June while touting Moser’s reputation for excellence in team leadership, contract review and compliance, design management, design-build construction and entitlement management. It also cited his depth of knowledge across each phase of development, which positions him to strengthen PREMIER’s capabilities in one of its most active and strategically important markets.
