National Integrity Title Agency is expanding beyond its South Jersey headquarters with a new office in southeast Pennsylvania.
The firm this week said it has established the new outpost in Bryn Mawr, at 919 Conestoga Road, to strengthen its longstanding commitment to the Keystone State. Located within the Rosemont Business Campus, the new 1,500-square-foot space will serve as NITA’s Pennsylvania headquarters and support commercial and residential title insurance and settlement services throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties.
The new location houses a dedicated five-member team and reinforces what National Integrity says is a commitment to providing local expertise backed by the company’s technology and collaborative culture.
Founded in 1992 as Integrity Title Agency, the firm is based in the Marlton section of Evesham Township. Fran Turchi and George E. Duffield Sr. acquired the business in 2015 and have grown it to more than 40 team members with offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
“Our roots in Pennsylvania run deep, making this a natural next step for our company,” Duffield Sr., its CEO, and Turchi, its president, said in a joint statement. “Establishing an office across the river reinforces our long-term commitment to the market and positions us to better serve and grow alongside the real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, builders and developers who have placed their trust in us.”
