A home health care service has acquired a 400-square-foot office condominium in Fair Lawn for $100,000, in a newly announced deal by Sheldon Gross Realty.
Bill Levesque, a property manager and sales representative with the brokerage firm, represented a longtime client in the sale at 17-10 River Road. He noted that the buyer, Compassionate Caregiving by Amanda LLC, will use the space to train nurses for homecare assignments.
Located on the second floor of a 25,600-square-foot office building, the condo had been vacant prior to the sale.
“Finding the right buyer for a smaller office condominium requires matching the space with a business that can benefit from it,” Levesque said. “In this case, the property’s size, location and professional setting made it an ideal fit for Compassionate Caregiving by Amanda’s training operation. And it’s always good to return a vacant unit to productive use.”
