A new indoor family entertainment destination is coming to Plainfield, where it’s leasing more than 29,000 square feet at a revitalized industrial property.
The operator, Slick City Action Park, will open its doors at 900 North Ave. with a concept that includes air courts, slides and other active recreation uses, according to brokers with Bussel Realty Corp. It’s now set to join the 114,355-square-foot property alongside PickleRage, one of the nation’s fastest-growing indoor pickleball club operators, which occupies 42,722 square feet under a 10-year lease with ECA Developers.
Bussel Realty Corp. Principal Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel represented the landlord, which unveiled the modern small-bay flex facility last year after redeveloping a long-vacant, century-old factory. Reece Rucker of Morrow Hill represented Slick City Action Park.

As BRC noted, ECA Developers redeveloped what was an obsolete and condemned industrial building into new multitenant facility designed to accommodate a broad range of users, including recreation, wellness, showroom and light industrial tenants. The team continues to market several remaining units available at 900 North Ave., with options ranging from 9,500 to 48,000 square feet and features such as expansive on-site parking, a liquor license available to all tenants and proximity to major roadways and public transportation.
