An advertising firm is relocating to Collingswood after acquiring a 5,000-square-foot office building in the borough, in a transaction arranged by Markeim Chalmers Inc.
The brokerage announced Monday that it represented 931 Haddon Ave LLC in its sale of 931 Haddon Ave., a freestanding property within walking distance of PATCO rail service. Bluview Properties LLC, which is relocating from Philadelphia, paid $600,000 for the building.
Markeim Chalmers Senior Vice President Kevin Burns brokered the transaction. In a news release, the Cherry Hill-based broker touted the building’s location within a downtown business and shopping district, along with mass transit access and other amenities.
