A generic drug company has expanded to more than 27,000 square feet at a Piscataway industrial building, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
Steve Bussel, the brokerage firm’s president, represented landlord Richards & Robbins in the transaction at 262 Old New Brunswick Road with Appco Pharma LLC. The 13-year-old generic developer and manufacturer now occupies 27,356 square feet at the 140,000-square-foot building, which has 22-foot ceiling heights, 14 tailboards, some 4,000 square feet of office space and other features.
BRC added that the 8.6-acre property is minutes from Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
“This expansion by Appco Pharma, a current tenant in 262 Old New Brunswick Road, was ideal for its growth plans,” Bussel said. “It was a pleasure to work with Richards & Robbins in completing this transaction.”
