A parking lot operator has expanded its footprint near Newark Liberty International Airport with a new lease for more than four acres, brokers with The Blau & Berg Co. announced Monday.
The team said the parcel, 646 Frelinghuysen Ave. in Newark, sits just north of the airport between New Jersey Turnpike exits 13A and 14 and Route 1&9. ARB Parking, which offers secure 24-hour parking and a luxury fleet of vehicles throughout the country, is leasing the 4.3-acre property from 646-693 Frelinghuysen Avenue LLC.
Blau & Berg’s Laura Crimmins represented the tenant, listed as ARB Parking EWR Inc., while Dean Brody of JLL represented the landlord.
“ARB is becoming a widely recognized parking spot for the local traveler at the Newark Liberty International Airport,” said Jason Crimmins, president of Blau & Berg “We are thrilled to have worked with ARB on this transaction and welcome them to the newest (4.3-acre industrial outdoor storage) parcel on Frelinghuysen Avenue with expansion rights to the entire 9.3 acres.”
