The Birch Group has secured a series of new leases and renewals at a Parsippany office campus, completing more than 50,000 square feet of activity amid plans to update the property.
According to Cushman & Wakefield, the leasing agent at the complex, the deals include a 10,583-square-foot renewal at 199 Cherry Hill Road by Business Credentialing Services. Meantime, Westguard Insurance Group signed an extension at the adjacent 99 Cherry Hill Road for 5,754 square feet.
Cushman’s William O’Keefe and Courtney Rosenkrantz represented the landlord, The Birch Group, in the transactions. They noted that the 190,000-square-foot portfolio is undergoing renovations to its lobby, common areas, conference room and outdoor courtyard, capitalizing on a location off interstates 287 and 80.
“The Birch Group is dedicated to providing tenants with a best-in-class work environment,” O’Keefe said. “The updated property is primed to deliver an exceptional workspace for our valued tenants. Newly appointed AMI Management will oversee day-to-day management of the property and will be implementing this comprehensive capital improvement program in response to the needs of today’s tenants.”
Other recent deals include H2M’s 2,578-square-foot expansion at 199 Cherry Hill Road, according to a news release. At 99 Cherry Hill Road, Monte Nido signed a 4,882-square-foot lease and Royal Coachman committed to 5,758 square feet, while American Day CD Centers and Newbridge Services took 12,219 and 8,807 square feet, respectively.
C&W added that the campus has a pond, on-site property management, ample parking and plug-and-play suite availability. It’s also surrounded by a mix of retail, dining and entertainment options and minutes from NJ Transit’s Mountain Lakes and Mount Tabor stations.
