OUR ADVANTAGE
Our unique approach to the design-build process streamlines the entire construction process by integrating design, buyout and construction phases. This method provides a seamless project experience, reducing risks and ensuring cost and schedule certainty. We manage every aspect of the project, from architecture and engineering to self-performing concrete work, which enhances quality control and cost savings. Our expertise in lump sum pricing and flexible financing options allows for greater financial transparency and adaptability, making us well-suited for complex commercial and industrial projects.
ON THE HORIZON
We’re poised for growth by expanding into multifamily and self-storage markets, while continuing to lead in multilevel industrial development in New York City. Our ability to design and manage complex projects on challenging sites sets us apart, enabling us to explore new opportunities and be innovative in high-demand urban areas.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
We recently completed an 80,000-square-foot speculative industrial building designed with a zero-lot line approach, maximizing every square foot of leasable space. The project included roof-level commercial vehicle storage and was constructed within the constraints of overhead Con Edison power lines. This project reflects our ability to maximize site potential in dense urban environments.
CREATIVE SOLUTION
Facing a tight site with overhead power lines, we took an unconventional approach by erecting the building from the outside in. Precast elements were installed first, followed by steel, allowing us to navigate these challenges without compromising on safety or schedule.
