PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
The Surfhouse is our project spotlight featuring multifamily and mixed-use buildings one block from the boardwalk in Asbury Park. It consists of a six-story, 300,000-square-foot multifamily building and 20 luxury townhomes. This ambitious project will bring 226 modern apartments, two future retail spaces, 284 parking spaces and a host of high-end amenities to one of the region’s most sought-after locations.
The second floor will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, while the third floor will boast an amenity deck complete with a pool, lounge, fire pits, barbeques and dedicated stretching areas. Residents will also enjoy a stunning rooftop patio offering panoramic views of the beach and surrounding area. The building’s design incorporates four-over-two podium construction with wood framing, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
The townhomes will offer residents spacious living quarters, with a two-car garage, four bedrooms and private rooftop patios. These five-unit buildings along with a shared courtyard are designed to provide a modern, luxurious living experience.
